Our Monticello sign has now been relocated in a stand out spot. We're on the map again.😊

Our parking area is now super safe. We installed   gates to protect our electrical panels, which also prevents vagrants from hiding behind them. We fenced the recessed area adjacent to the trash bin, making that area secure as well. And lastly, our residents cooperation in keeping their garage doors closed when not in use greatly contributes to the total security of the area.
